UK Delivery Information
At Crosswater we pride ourselves in a great service and this includes our delivery! Orders placed before 12pm will be dispatched same day for next day delivery. All spare(s) are carefully packaged by our dedicated warehouse staff, they are then shipped via our couriers UPS or our own delivery fleet.

All orders are tracked. If your order has been sent by UPS then you will have received a tracking number with your shipment confirmation. To track your order, you will need to visit the UPS website. If you required a specific delivery date, please contact our customer service team on [email protected] or 0345 873 8840 to enquire. We do not offer any other delivery service via our website.
If you have already ordered, you will receive an order confirmation email within 2 hours of your order being placed. Once your order has been dispatched we will send you a shipment confirmation email; if your order is being sent by UPS this will include a tracking number, if your delivery is being sent by our own fleet then your order will be delivered as per your normal delivery schedule. If you have not received the order confirmation email within 24 hours, please contact our customer service team on [email protected] or 0345 873 8840 to get the order confirmed.
Whilst every endeavour is made to get your orders to you on time, we are facing courier delays due to COVID-19. This means your order may be delayed by an additional 3 – 5 days as couriers are under extreme pressure during this crisis.
